Job Description
The DevOps / Observability Engineer is responsible for building and maintaining deployment, monitoring, and validation infrastructure for the CLEARSITE™ system. This role ensures that the multi-service architecture (agents, services, modules, coordinators) is observable, deployable, and meeting its SLOs across lab and field environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the Decision-Trace JSONL pipeline for provenance logging
- Develop replay harness for reconstructing event timelines (≥99% alignment)
- Design and deploy Grafana/Prometheus dashboards for metrics across event bus, TDOA transport, health monitor, target tracker, and migration pipelines
- Manage Docker containerization and CI/CD pipelines
- Implement schema validation and automated schema drift alerting (<24hr detection)
- Support Phase 0 field validation and multi-site deployments
- Build Spectrum Sensing Dashboard for Aerial partnership
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
- Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, and observability stacks
- Docker and CI/CD pipeline experience
- Time-series data ingestion, storage, and visualization
- Linux systems administration and networking diagnostics
- Python and/or Bash scripting
Preferred Qualifications
- ClickHouse or columnar database experience
- Real-time / low-latency system monitoring
- RF/SDR or field hardware familiarity
- Replay/simulation harness development
- NVIDIA Jetson platform monitoring
