Job Description

The DevOps / Observability Engineer is responsible for building and maintaining deployment, monitoring, and validation infrastructure for the CLEARSITE™ system. This role ensures that the multi-service architecture (agents, services, modules, coordinators) is observable, deployable, and meeting its SLOs across lab and field environments.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain the Decision-Trace JSONL pipeline for provenance logging
Develop replay harness for reconstructing event timelines (≥99% alignment)
Design and deploy Grafana/Prometheus dashboards for metrics across event bus, TDOA transport, health monitor, target tracker, and migration pipelines
Manage Docker containerization and CI/CD pipelines
Implement schema validation and automated schema drift alerting (<24hr detection)
Support Phase 0 field validation and multi-site deployments
Build Spectrum Sensing Dashboard for Aerial partnership

Required Qualifications

3+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, and observability stacks
Docker and CI/CD pipeline experience
Time-series data ingestion, storage, and visualization
Linux systems administration and networking diagnostics
Python and/or Bash scripting

Preferred Qualifications

ClickHouse or columnar database experience
Real-time / low-latency system monitoring
RF/SDR or field hardware familiarity
Replay/simulation harness development
NVIDIA Jetson platform monitoring
