Job Description

The Data / Integration Engineer is responsible for building the data standardization layer, ETL pipelines, and ESI Learning Service that support the CLEARSITE™ agent decision-making loop. This role ensures schema-compliant DetectionEvent payloads, signal_vectors table population, and reliable coverage hints for downstream services and the NVIDIA Aerial Digital Twin partnership.

Key Responsibilities

Build adapters for 10+ detection/decoder modules to emit canonical DetectionEvent payloads
Implement unit normalization, calibration reconciliation, and 90-day migration backfill
Design and maintain signal_vectors ClickHouse table with historical depth and quality gates
Build ESI Learning Service for occupancy, diurnal rollups, drift detection, and coverage hints
Develop Digital Twin export tools for Omniverse integration
Implement schema drift alerting and cross-module validation harnesses
Document all pipelines, contracts, and handoff procedures

Required Qualifications

3+ years in data or integration engineering
Strong ClickHouse experience (schema, materialized views, performance)
ETL pipelines and data transformation expertise
Python (Pandas, NumPy, Polars)
Schema validation and data quality monitoring
SQL proficiency and cross-database data flows

Preferred Qualifications

Time-series data handling, EWMA, rolling aggregation
RF signal or sensor data pipeline experience
NVIDIA Omniverse / Digital Twin familiarity
Monitoring/alerting for data pipeline health
