Job Description

This senior role owns the core agent-based architecture of the CLEARSITE™ Distributed RF Intelligence System. The engineer will design and scale decision and execution agents, event bus infrastructure, and service contracts coordinating real-time detection, decoding, and policy-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement Decision and Execution Agents
Design and enforce DetectionEvent schemas and module adapter contracts
Own event bus infrastructure with priority enforcement and latency guarantees
Integrate policy artifacts, planning advisors, and LLM-based advisory systems
Establish resilient service communication and error-handling patterns
Collaborate with RF and systems engineers on hardware-aware orchestration
Drive performance, scalability, and reliability across the service ecosystem

Required Qualifications

5+ years building distributed, event-driven systems
Strong experience with message buses (NATS, pub/sub)
Expertise in low-latency API and schema-driven development
Experience with MySQL and ClickHouse
Deep understanding of concurrency and real-time systems

Preferred Qualifications

Background in telecom, defense, or spectrum systems
Experience integrating AI/LLM systems into deterministic workflows
Familiarity with Dockerized microservices and secure APIs
