Fernando joined DGS in 2013 from PriceWaterhouseCoopers where he held several leadership positions in both the United States and Latin America. Fernando consulted on some of PWC’s largest clients while serving as the managing partner of the greater Washington, D.C. area and practice leader for a specialty group operating throughout Latin America and the United States.

Fernando was also responsible for starting and growing three distinct businesses within PWC. His experience over his 32 years in public accounting was concentrated in the telecommunications and government contracting sectors. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland with a double degree in business and economics.

Stephen brings 30 years of management experience in the tech and telecommunications industries having managed global organizations for large technology companies including Nortel Networks, and Sprint. He has a proven track record for taking this big company experience to smaller organizations having founded and grown 3 companies as well as providing business consulting services to various tech companies from 11 countries. Steve's focus at DGS is to manage all operational functions of the company.

Stephen holds an electrical engineering degree from the University of Waterloo in Canada.

Steve has served for over 25 years on the Board & Executive teams of multiple International Technology & Defense companies and is a specialist in high-growth emerging market development. Having started his career at Honeywell Defense, Steve served on the management teams of Cisco, 3Com & Avaya with responsibility for high value market growth, M&A deals and was founder of several start-up companies, which he led to successful trade sale exits.

Steve graduated from LSE with a first class degree in Economics.

Dave Kleinbeck is a leading Engineering Executive with over twenty-five years of experience in communications systems, architecture and design, Geo-Spatial systems design, massive scale data system design and data science. Dave previously held executive positions with K&M Systems, a niche engineering company focusing on Consulting and Engineering services for Telecom, Power and Healthcare industries.

Prior to his work with K&M Systems Dave served as the VP of Engineering and Information Technology for Alamosa PCS, where he formed an effective team focusing on operational integrity, forecasting, system planning, network evolution, capital deployment, operational metrics, and actionable customer satisfaction activities. Alamosa was eventually purchased for $4.3 billion.

Alan brings a broad range of career experiences to DGS including Executive Positions at Nortel, Coriant and Positron Access. In these roles Alan has led entire sales functions, major account teams, global sales engineering teams, and virtually every aspect of the technology sales process. In addition, Alan has led sales and corporate development functions at several technology start ups largely focused in the Wireless Networking space. As a consequence of an early financial management career and broad technology exposure Alan brings a unique analytical approach to the Technology Sales function.

As one of the founders of DGS, Jeremy was responsible for the early leadership and vision of the company, developing its product strategy, development focus and the go-to-market execution into the tier 1 carrier and enterprise vertical markets.

Jeremy’s leadership in both product development and sales serves to increasingly align DGS solutions with client needs globally. Jeremy graduated from the University of Maryland College with a B.A. in communications.

Patrick has over 25 years experience in executive sales and technical management spanning mobile applications, carrier infrastructure equipment, IP telephony applications, and networking. With experience selling into Federal civilian agencies and Department of Defense branches, as well as the enterprise market, Pat will help DGS expand market share in key areas.

Patrick holds a bachelors degree from Hendrix College and a master of business administration from Northern Illinois University.

John has served for over 20 years in multiple technology development and engineering roles driving Sales excellence and growth where he was critical to the development and sales of new CPRI based test equipment and work force automation. John’s brings a high level of management experience working with both operators and equipment vendors such as Ericsson, Viavi, Inquam and Sprint.

He holds rights to five US and one international patent and graduated with a BS in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the University of Kansas.

After graduating from the University of Michigan with a degree in Economics, Fern spent three years at FBR & Co. working in Investment Banking & Equity-Linked Capital Markets. During his time at FBR he oversaw extensive business due diligence and developed financial models used to value companies and assess the impact of various capital market transactions. Fern is responsible for supply chain management at DGS, along with budgeting and financial planning. His transaction experience across multiple securities has been instrumental in the capital raising process of the company.
